Over the past few weeks, Sue and I have been so lucky to be a part of so many peoples lives, their special families and wedding days... its really got me thinking...
How lucky am I?? I am so lucky, I have two beautiful boys who are just the lights of my life, who come before everything and anything I do and are growing like little mushrooms at the speed of a light!! Every night as they lay in bed, and I kiss them good night, I think of what we have done that day that made us laugh and cry - and everything in between!!
Then I come to thinking how life has passed and how things have changed beyond belief, yet here we are, living the country life, our kids growing up with room outside to move and make a mess and be whoever they want to be...
Just over two years ago Sue and I went for a wonderful getaway to Melbourne as best friends and came home with a plan ~ we would put all our passions into a photography business and in five years time be partners in something really really special... two years on we are well ahead of schedule and believe we really are a part of something so special, so amazingly wonderful...
We are the kind of friends who bounce off each other, bring out the best in each other and really are soul mates...
I am thankful everyday for having someone as wonderful as Pebs (Sue) in my life and I know she will always be there for anything and everything.... to share the good, bad, ugly and sad... and I get to experience the joy of her three amazingly beautiful children as she does mine, the most precious things in our lives...
I am so lucky for her to be my friend, business partner, god mother to my boys and I know that the years ahead hold great things for us both ~ From little things, big things grow...
Thank you Pebs, you are one of lifes special people who I am blessed to call my Best Friend...
