We have met some beautiful families this year, and these two families just add to our list of awesome clients!! So lucky to be able to capture the love and laughter that they share on a beautiful Sunday spring morning....

Mrs J has been a wonderful teacher to Judd this year and it was lovely to meet her family!

And the ever beautiful O family met us for their almost annual family portait session! Such a beautiful day and so lovely to be able to see your beautiful children grow up!

Telethon Fundraiser - Something close to our hearts....

Exciting things are happening at Timeless Memoirs!! Portraits and weddings galore and to add a little bit of love to our lives, Cathy Mills at the Harvey Waroona Reporter has had a fabulous idea to raise money for Telethon and has asked us to sponsor the Childrens Photo Competition being run in the local paper!!

What a wonderful idea and what a fantastic cause!! When you think of Telethon you think of Princess Margaret Hospital - and all the beautiful little kids and babies that it helps, saves and treats in a year....

On a personal note, when my baby boy Cruz was born he had a very rare (1 in 3 in the whole world!) type of hemangeoma (birthmark), so we spent a bit of time at PMH trying to work out exactly what it was, what we should do, if he would be OK and how the best way to treat it.... REALITY CHECK!! I will never forget a certain feeling that I got everytime I left PMH.... It makes my heart hurt a little and I felt like I had won the lotto. First division at that. Here I was taking my baby home, with me, not sure what the diagnosis was or what the outcome would be, but I got to take him home and I knew that he was going to be OK... I knew that they would know
soon what it was and I knew that apart from an operation he would be alright...

I had seen a few little kids who werent so lucky and it really is something that I believe no parent or child should ever have to experience, it absolutely broke my heart!! The things we worry about sometimes are so silly, just go and sit in the waiting room at PMH and it sure puts things, life, everything into perspective. So when Cathy asked us to jump on
board, the answer was definately ABSOLUTELY - What do you need!!

We would love everyone to enter their beautiful babies and kids in this competition and we look forward to having an extra special shoot with the super star winners!!

Everytime I drive past PMH, I cant help but send as much love as I can to all the people inside, all the parked cars at the front visiting their beautiful children or family members, being as thankful for everything I have in my life and I remind myself of what is important in life....

I was lucky enough to be at Patterson's Stadium on the weekend to see the Eagles amazing win over Carlton and as I sat there, I hoped that the atmosphere and excitement could be felt from their little hospital beds just up the road and that their cheers (a
long with mine!) had inspired the Eagles to get over the line xxx

Lizzy and Jarrad have been friends of ours for a long time now, so when they booked us for their wedding we were so excited!! I walked away from this wedding with tears in my eyes, for being a part of something so incredible, something so real and true, something just so beautiful. Our Annual Family Holdiay... Baby in the Summertime that is where I'll be . . .

Wow, what a year 2010 was for us!!

We were very pleased to say HELLO 2011 and we celebrated the year gone by and looked forward to all the exciting things we have ahead of us in this coming year with two glorious weeks of best friends, beautiful beaches, fun, laughter, love, family and did I mention laughter? So much fun was had by all and lots of priceless memories made.

Oh how the kids have grown... Naomi is 17 - simply stunning, driving and just GORGEOUS!! Braden, well super spunky as always, 15 and sports mad... Mikala is 12 and heading off to the big world of highschool, luckily she is also amazing and did I mention beautiful?? You will see what I mean... Taj is 5 and into year 1 and lost his first tooth today!! Juddy is 4 and off to Kindy, but only when I'm on parents help and Cruz just turned 1 which we celebrated on holidays down at the beach, oh the simple life...

On a personal note, 2010 totally changed my life... I would like to thank my best friend, business partner and soul mate for all her and her amazing families unconditional love and support. You are everything a family should be and I am lucky enough you have chosen me and my boys to be a part of it xxx You really mean the world to us all and we have so much fun ahead of us xxx

Thank you to all my family, extended family and beautiful friends for your love and support over the past year, you have all been great, you know who you are xxx

How fast does time go???

As we roll along to another Mothers Day afternoon tea at school - preprimary this year!! I am feeling so excited and proud of my big boy Taj. I also feel so blessed to have my daredevil Juddy and my little delicious Cruz... How lucky I really am... and I ask why does time go so fast?????
On Sunday I thought that I havent quite captured enough of the first 15 weeks of Cruzy boys life, not really how I wanted to but there is always time for those special moments, regardless of their age!

So as I grabbed my camera and went "lets go boys" and we did... it was funny, we laughed, Cruzy pulled Juddys hair and Taj was just besotted with his little brothers, trying to get them perfect for me in every way.

Here I share with you a couple of my faves from this photoshoot.... May my boys always know how much I love them and how much they mean to me.... while being a Mum is the HARDEST job in the world, its really the best thing I will ever do - no exception...
I always say to my husband that this stage is my favourite and he laughs and says "Shar, you say that about every stage".... ha ha ha, I guess I do love every stage and everything it brings, the good and bad... the fun and the exhaustion of being a Mum to three boys... but most of all, the happiness and love that grows day by day and the moments in my life that I will treasure forever and ever and ever... WOW!! What a busy couple of months we have had.... busy in a different way this time, holidays at the most beautiful place on earth and a new baby to complete our family!! Would love to share with you our beautiful little boy, Cruz Johnathon...

We welcome you little man with big wide open arms, all our hearts (so many!!) filled to the brim with love and many many smiles on our faces. You are fitting into our lives so very nicely and we (I especially!!) thank you so much for that. We are up and out of the house by 8.15am to take Taj to Pre Primary (totally cant believe hes soooo grown up already!!) and you take it all in your stride.... Love you so much little man xxx

How lucky can I be?? Three totally gorgeous, deliciously handsome boys and I am the one who gets to be their Mum... Feeling very very lucky to say the least...

As reality starts to kick back in and the memories of hospital and pregnancy start to fade, I feel very blessed to have you here, safe and sound, a part of our lives and looking forward to sharing the years of fun we have ahead and growing with you all....

Dyer Family Portraits - Special 70th Birthday!!!

What a lovely family!! So nice to be able to capture a family that is so close and so fun!! To celebrate their Grandad's 70th birthday, his gorgeous wife organised us to capture all his family together on their property... it was a lovely photo shoot with gorgeous grandkids and beautiful pics... A great way to remember turning 70 I say!!....

All the grandies just loved being with Grandpa on the tractor and I can just imagine him taking them for long long rides just because...

Tam did such a wonderful job coordinating 5 bridesmaids and the venue was Evedon Park and it was to die for!! Absolutely beautiful setting, the river, the bridge, the natural bush and the light was so good to us!!

Over the past few weeks, Sue and I have been so lucky to be a part of so many peoples lives, their special families and wedding days... its really got me thinking...

How lucky am I?? I am so lucky, I have two beautiful boys who are just the lights of my life, who come before everything and anything I do and are growing like little mushrooms at the speed of a light!! Every night as they lay in bed, and I kiss them good night, I think of what we have done that day that made us laugh and cry - and everything in between!!

Then I come to thinking how life has passed and how things have changed beyond belief, yet here we are, living the country life, our kids growing up with room outside to move and make a mess and be whoever they want to be...

Just over two years ago Sue and I went for a wonderful getaway to Melbourne as best friends and came home with a plan ~ we would put all our passions into a photography business and in five years time be partners in something really really special... two years on we are well ahead of schedule and believe we really are a part of something so special, so amazingly wonderful...
We are the kind of friends who bounce off each other, bring out the best in each other and really are soul mates...

I am thankful everyday for having someone as wonderful as Pebs (Sue) in my life and I know she will always be there for anything and everything.... to share the good, bad, ugly and sad... and I get to experience the joy of her three amazingly beautiful children as she does mine, the most precious things in our lives...

I am so lucky for her to be my friend, business partner, god mother to my boys and I know that the years ahead hold great things for us both ~ From little things, big things grow...

Thank you Pebs, you are one of lifes special people who I am blessed to call my Best Friend...

There are times when our job is, well lets just say OUT OF THIS WORLD ~ TOTALLY AWESOME (actually its that most of the time lol)!! Capturing this family has to be on the list of our ultimates!! Such a good looking, relaxed and fun loving family, the Willmonts not only looked amazing but are such lovely people who love each other, life and there was a lot of laughter at this shoot!

When we do our photo shoots, we do not time them or give a length of time we are there for, its based on what we see and if we are happy with what we have captured and once we know we have got it, we finish... well this was our fastest ever shoot!! Absolutely gorgeous, LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

Wow, its been a little while between blogs, but we have been SUPER busy!!

In October we were given the most amazing opportunity to be a part of a new bridal magazine called "Exclusive Brides". Paula the editor is such an amazing lady who is soooooo lovely and I cannot wait to see the end result once the magazine is put together!! What is really important....

Sometimes we take the most important things in life to us for granted...

Today I have been having the most emotional day I have had in a while... As I get ready to attend my first special mothers day kindy concert that Taj has planned for me at school I cant help but feel this way...

We were driving to school this morning and Taj was telling me how there was three sleeps until it was mothers day... I just about burst into tears! He continued to tell me that it was my special day and how he couldnt wait to spoil me with kisses and a special surprise... and hes only nearly four years old... to me I am his world as he is mine, full of love and compassion and caring... oh can I please freeze time???

So from school we came home and my baby boy Juddy (3 in October!) wanted to go for a walk on the bumpy road (we live just out of town on ten glorious acres!) so we did... and we walked right to the end just as he wanted and as we walked we talked, we laughed, we sang songs, we saw butterflies and birds, flowers and cows, we picked up other peoples rubbish, we ran and he told me how beautiful I was... right there in my daggy walking clothes, hat and sunnies on, looking as glamourous as ever... to him I am the most beautiful girl in the world... to him I am everything... WOW... I am very lucky...

Just wanted to share these pics I stumbled across from February... they are of my two boys and I hope you can see why everyday I feel so thankful, so loved and so blessed to have them a part of my life... I also have another very special person in my life who is my husband Ryan ... I thank him for being so amazing and for being the most awesome Dad... I cant take all the credit for such fabulous children!! ha ha ha...

Someone once said there was a very special connection between Mums and their Boys... I couldnt agree more... and while being a mum isnt the lattes and lunches I once believed, it is sooo much more wonderful that I could ever have imagined...

So hug your loved ones a little tighter today, they in this whole world are worth more than anything else...

What an amazing wedding!! We were so lucky to meet Kerrie and Chris and their gorgeous family!! Our Summer Holidays - 2009!!

Every January, us and our beautiful families (including a special Mor Mor and Johnny Boy!!) head down south to escape it all for two weeks of bliss... with the most amazing beach a walk of a whole 20m away, our days are spent swimming, relaxing at the beach, reading books, laughing, playing silly games, taking photos and just chilling out!! Its the best two weeks of the entire year and we are lucky enough to spend it together with all our families are our besties!! Heres some of our faves from Summer 09... my boys are already asking about next year! ha ha ha... 7 months to go so Naomi tells me... yee har!!
